If you are White or Black there are just areas you don't go. It is extremely racist both ways, but I think the Fulton PD is getting the violence under control. If you use common sense, avoid dealing with Blacks inside the 285 loop, and have your CCW you should be fairly safe. Common sense is just the key point to take away from this.

Every black person I have ever met that had a Bachelors Degree or better has been a pretty darn nice person. I think the reason most blacks are such scumbag assholes is lack of education, lack of a role model, and abstract poverty. And of course they smell funny and look like chimpanzees. ::lmao::
