I disagree Cracker.
It's not fishing for attention to create a consolidated thread and point people to it when the same topic starts taking off in a couple of places and there are updates or articles about it popping up. Just more efficient than posting the same things twice.
If you think this post makes me look like a control freak, I can live with that. You and anyone else can keep posting wherever you want, doesn't matter to me.
I think failure to understand something as simple and benign as centralizing a topic and turning it in to a psychological profiling exercise makes you look less intelligent than you are, or like you just feel like getting a good bitch on. Doesn't matter which. I'm glad you're posting regardless.

I was discussing this with someone earlier, and my thought on this is pretty simple. As a responsible gun owner, if you have a mentally challenged person in the house you have the responsibility to get rid of your firearms.
The risk is just too great that they will use them on you or someone else.

Then go back and read her illness thread if you can stand it. I can't. It shows the dichotomy of how people really are and how they pretend to be. That's a little more truth. Most people won't like that reference, either.

You might appreciate the sentiment of Adam Lanza's barber, Tiki. Yeah, the barber has hit the media circuit.
In his interview, Mr. Skuba the barber claimed that he wished he'd killed the little freak while giving him one of his childhood haircuts; basically said that he could have quickly and easily slit the kid and saved the world a lot of grief.

We'll probably be hearing a lot more about what was going on with his family life and parents from LE sources soon enough. Lots of pressure for answers and LE doesn't have to worry about withholding information from the public for prosecutorial purposes in this case. JMO.
Right now, most of what's coming out about "The Life of Adam Lanza" is from occasional household workers, childhood barbers, kids Lanza hadn't spoken to in years - the usual relevant sources jumping in front of the mic early on.
I read a report sourcing an unidentified "close family friend" yesterday claiming that Mrs. Lanza was pursing conservatorship in order to institutionalize her son and that he was aware of his mother's intentions. According to the report, LE is investigating that as a possible motive. No confirmation, of course.
Dad's remarried. Inconsistent reports on how engaged he was in his son's life, but Adam's brother told LE that he (the brother) hadn't spoken to Adam in two years.

45 min...... Last week the professor called me as I was about 15 min away picking up my son from golf school. She said there were 4 drunk people in a van yelling at each other and one guy was on the lawn passed out, the back door of the van was open an some lady was yelling at the 2 other jerks in the back, I told her to call the cops and I was on my way. By the time I got there they had left and the cops showed up half an hour later. He wasn't very interested in the situation and he left. The entire escapade could have been much worse.

I never addressed this for some reason, I guess I missed it. First of all I've been introduced to anal, believe me on that one. You're not married for 24 years without trying that one out.
