Yes, it's true. I chickened out of colonoscopy, gallbladder removal and LASIK surgery so yeah I'd probably chicken out of gender reassignment surgery.

But if I did become a woman, who says the toilet humor needs to stop? I know plenty of ladies on Facebook and in real life with worse toilet humor than me.
