Joran van der Sloot has confessed to killing Natalee. He said she rejected him, she kneed him in the balls and he kicked her as hard as he could in her face and then proceeded to use a cinder block to bash her face/head in. He pulled her into the sea and that was that. She's now been gone as long as she was alive.
