I see geese all the time in the park across the street from where I live. I've learned to give those angry fuckers a wide berth when walking past them.

Last mom story (I’m reminiscing tonight). Around 36 years into my parent’s marriage, my mom heard my dad was meeting up with his secretary at the time. My mom hired a P.I. and had him followed and in the meantime, made copies of their tax returns and financial data. Then she took him out to dinner and said…”so, choose”.
I’m 99% sure my dad didn’t choose based on finances (he would have been lost without my mom) but she was the gentlest person imaginable. Unless crossed. Then she’d kill a goose.
It all fits now.

I've got the willies so bad right now. My skin is crawling. I can handle the idea of snakes, rodents, other things like that, but spiders push me over the edge.

I didn’t know until I saw one IN OUR HOUSE about 25 years ago that there a type that lives in the area. They typically live up in the hills and thankfully I haven’t encountered another.
We get potato bugs on our property and I hate the things. I think they’re harmless but they’re ugly and u sure as shit don’t want to accidentally step on one. They’re just too big and crunchy. Don’t like snails underfoot either. Blurg.

Simple Green is working well on an indoor ant problem we’ve been having. It kills them and I think the smell annoys the crap out of them (and other insects).

I was having a problem with ants in the bathroom. After my shower I have to make sure the floor gets dried and I hang up the mats. I started using peppermint oil where I saw the ants enter/leave the wall/floor and it worked.
