thanks. I knew someone once who said that "Summer Rain" song by Belinda Carlisle as 'our song' (I hate that song). So gross. He was obsessed. I don't mind it when I am the one obsessed, but I hate it when it's the other way around. ha.

Your body only makes new cells when you are asleep. If you don't get enough sleep, your body can't produce enough protein to build/repair cells because the metabolism rate within the cell is too high.

I have a very fast metabolism my hair and nails grow at rediculous rates and I eat like a horse and am not a fat bastard maybe that's why I'm ok.
