Authorities say there was no foul play but as I was walking through the living room just now I heard the reporter say there wasn't a gas or carbon monoxide issue either which is exactly what I thought when I first heard about it and 2 other dogs were discovered alive. That is very strange. RE: The Death List - Duchess - 02-27-2025 (02-27-2025, 02:26 PM)MirahM Wrote: Let's not leave off Michelle Trachtenberg. She was only 39. Yesterday was the first time I've ever heard her name. I read her mom found her, that's so damn awful, it will be in her head until the day she dies. RE: The Death List - aussiefriend - 03-02-2025 All these "stars" that are dying and I have no idea who they are. Excluding the brilliant Gene Hackman of course. His movies were next level, you are going there if he is in it. Watching the French Connection was so stressful, you really get caught up in all of it. I find myself in that position too, especially with the young musicians. I don't have a fricken clue who so many of them are. And I don't want to know either. Their music is shit. No one makes good music anymore. I like listening to all the good music that I like, and none of it is released this century. Agreed. That's why 99.9% of the time I fast forward through SNL's musical garbage acts. I think I lost my appreciation for these new, young musicians somewhere in the early 2000's. Gene hackmen had dementia, his wife died a full week before he did. He wandered around his house for a week, without knowing his wife was dead, or a dog was in a crate. Nobody cared enough to check in. What an awful way to go. RE: The Death List - Duchess - 03-11-2025 Yes, it is awful, it's a very sad story all the way around. RE: The Death List - Duchess - 04-02-2025 Val Kilmer died. He was only 65, that seems very young to die. Old isn't old like it used to be. Easy for me to say as someone who was born in the 60's. ![]() RE: The Death List - Clang McFly - 04-02-2025 (04-02-2025, 10:45 AM)Duchess Wrote: Val Kilmer died. That is young to die.My mom died at 78 and I thought that also was too young to die. People should be living until their late 80's at least. 90's or 100+ if they are lucky. RE: The Death List - sally - 04-02-2025 My mom died at 66. She had lung cancer which could have been controlled enough to give another five years. It was a slow cancer that you can actually live with, but she also had Parkinson's and that was the worst for her. That is what did her in, it got to the point where she shook uncontrollably and couldn't even eat or swallow food. No one wants to live like that and I don't blame them. RE: The Death List - Duchess - 04-03-2025 I did not like her hospice people or whatever the hell they are called. I KNOW THIS ISN'T MY BIZ AT ALL! RE: The Death List - Duchess - 06-10-2025 Sly from Sly & the family Stone has died, he was 82. I'm not exactly familiar with his music, but I certainly know who he is. I saw his death reported on the news earlier this morning and not one word was said about Tina Turner and how he used to beat the ever lovin' shit out of her, not one word describing his domestic violence. RE: The Death List - sally - 07-21-2025 Theo from the Cosby show died. He drowned when a current swept him away. RE: The Death List - Duchess - 07-22-2025 Ozzy Osbourne has died. He was 76. It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. "He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time." Osbourne family RE: The Death List - rothschild - 07-22-2025 Boo hoo. RE: The Death List - Donovan - 07-23-2025 You ever get the feeling God is sitting there right now saying "What?! You people begged me to kill the sickly demented old demonspawn in the weird face makeup, so I did. And now you're all MAD?! I can't win with you little bastards..." Alice Cooper better look the fuck out, all I'm sayin.
