Don't do this. Your reaction is a defence mechanism. On a subconscious level you are protecting yourself from getting hurt. You perceive a threat. I don't know what the history is, but you do. You are a smart person. The outer person, particularly when crossed can be quiet caustic. However, beneath the tough exterior is a soft sensitive person. When someone has taken advantage of that kindness, both in the case of you and LC, the reaction that either of you have is to stop someone taking advantage of you. I am sure LC and you were very similar in that way. Hope this helps.
