I'm at 228 right now and would love to maintain between 215-220.
You wouldn't think dropping 10 or so pounds would be hard, but that means cutting out any/all junk I like.

I'm back in the 80s club, or around 190 or so I'd guess. Move more, eat less; It's an easy formula... just bloody hard to stick to in winter..

I don't keep scales in my home because they will control me & mindfuck me. I go by how my body feels & how my clothes fit and I've noticed in the past that my weight will fluctuate with the seasons, not a lot but enough that I can tell a difference.

LOL, yes Ramsey we do.
The way it works with me I'll be beat to shit for 3 weeks or so, then start feeling better, 5 or 8 lbs will come off in the first 2 weeks, then slow down but the form will change. In a month or so the clothes will fit way different.
Going to try and stay with it this time.

My son is 6'1 and 170 lbs. of muscle, not fat on him at all. He eats whatever he wants and while he's active he doesn't lift weights so I don't know where all the muscle mass is coming from. Maybe that's normal when boys hit 15 or 16 and it all goes down hill after 30.

He used to be editor of a left wing British tabloid called the Daily Mirror. They published front page photographs of what they claimed was actual documentary evidence of British soldiers beating the living snot out of bound and blindfolded prisoners in Iraq.
The photos were proved to be all fake and staged and taken somewhere in the UK using actors dressed up as prisoners and soldiers simulating beatings using ketchup for blood and make up for bruising.
He claimed he knew nothing about this but no one believed him so he had to resign.
He then went on to be a judge on Britains got talent, audiences quite rightly asked themselves “why is a man with no talent allowed to voice his opinion of other peoples talent on tv?”. Good question for which there was no actual answer.
Then he went on to host his own talkshow where various celebs would discuss their lives, he would ask maybe one or two awkward questions but apart from that he basically gave them a platform to remind the public about how wonderful they were.
And now some stoopid motherfucker in America gave him Larry Kings job! How did this happen?! No one knows!
