I'm sorry!I like wood a lot but I've read about the difficulty in keeping them clean because they ARE wood. I prefer wood and have been looking at them but I need to feel them. Ugh. I rarely come across anything I hesitate to buy online given it's my preferred method of shopping. I want a board with some weight. Bah.

Thanks! I went to Macys when I read that and saw that they have bamboo as well as a few other wood ones. I saw one for $200. Good Lord.
