I often get that question when people find out what time I get up. It's my favorite time of day. I check on Mock, read the news, drink some coffee, take a shower. I don't even want to deal with people for the first couple hours I'm up. I get to ease into my day.

Seems that charges are going to be refiled because it's been determined that the gun did not malfunction.
Something I forgot to mention earlier in regards to Duchess claiming that the armorer didn't do her job: Baldwin had her working two jobs, not just one. She was also helping out with props. The person in charge of props had complained that she wasn't doing her second job properly.
I'm looking forward to this going to trial so we can find out how live rounds ended up on the set.

Why did assistant director Dave Halls pick up a gun from an unattended cart, fail to properly check it, and then hand it to Baldwin, telling him it was "cold"?
Why didn't he get the armorer to do what she was supposed to have done?
Are you aware that he has a history of violating safety protocols on low-budget productions?
Are you aware that companies like Rust Movie Productions are notorious for rushing film shoots and cutting corners, which creates an unsafe work environment?
Are you aware that Rust Movie Productions was fined by The New Mexico Occupational Health and Safety Bureau for willful safety violations, and that it's investigation concluded that Hutchins' death happened primarily because the production company didn't follow national film safety standards for firearms?
