I have been thinking about a past lover who passed away a couple of years ago.
And my meditation reading this morning warned against thinking too long about the past.

I thought youd turn purple through rage, as i have taken liberties. Thinking about the past is good, i do it all the time, and its rich in good things, even bad things teach. Its obvious you need a lover, a new relationship, go and get, whats stopping you? youve had at least one chance. Im guilty of living in the future, its all about now.
