as you have obviously read, i have a thread going at 24 on this situation. i'm watching it closely, the filthy bastard is still not in custody. but he's been gut-shot, so perhaps the citizens there will be spared a 2 million dollar trial and 12 years of death row expenses/appeals. those were 4 officers from a 5-year-old dept. with only 100 officers. they are experienced, and they are parents. rather, they were. the working theory now is that the shooter was pissed at cops in general since he had done prison time.
h/fuckabee released him from a 106 year sentence despite a horrible and violent record, including rape of a child. so he's doing the weasel tap-dance.
