Police said 61-year-old Duane Martin Bush of East Bethany drove his van for 11 miles without a right rear tire, and has been driving for 33 years without a license.
Maybe the most shocking number of all: The Genesee County Sheriff's Office said Bush's blood alcohol level was more than 3.5 times the legal limit.
Bush was arrested on Monday morning, just before noon, after someone told police they saw a white van driving with one wheel down to the rim.
Police said Bush, who has not held a drivers' license since 1977, had trouble keeping his van in the right-hand lane.
Bush faces felony DWI charges and numerous traffic charges.

So much for staying 2 inches below the search light. I know a few that have never filed taxes ......and they are over 50........
freakin mtn. folk are a bit out there. but thats OK they are still good people.
