Heroes

My li'l sis. She's a frickin awesome girl... I wish I was a little bit more like her; and she wishes she was a little bit more like me. Smiley_emoticons_razz..

Reading her webpage is heartbreaking. The sister sounds like a normal, healthy-minded, intelligent young woman, from which I would guess that her younger sister Lisa was too.

Why in the world would kids like this want to associate with trashy "gangsta" characters like these others?

Yes, I think I know but it is still senseless and makes this even more tragic.

There is very deliberate social engineering going on, in America, to lower the level of morals and intelligence in this country. It's been going on since LBJ's Great Society was implemented. A well known journalist called it a coursening of our society. Once again, this is DELIBERATE. Mediums like the arts are an important weapon, aimed at young people. The crap like MTV, VH1, and the agenda of multiculturalism all play a significant part in this war on American culture and values. The mainstreaming of the gangsta culture via music, especially, is extremely troubling. You may have noticed that Lisa and her sister, in some of the pics, are doing those stupid hand gestures. Of course, that originated with gangs. I think lots of parents have no clue how vile and corrupting these influences are. It's very insidious and has crept into the greater culture over generations. 30 years ago you would have NEVER seen girls like that associating with the likes of Tiffany and Johnny. Unfortunately, this cross-culture mixing is becoming more common. Unless a parent keeps their kid away from modern media, it's very hard to keep these influences from contaminating them. Even in places as far as Russia you see American gang banger culture in their music. It's really sickening. I could write a book on this but you get my drift.
Excellent Post!

No one is upset dumbfuck... take your white supremacist self to another forum if you don't want to read this!

Seems like you're upset.

And you know Cracker is a "white supremacist" because . . . ?

because other members have had problems with him... look at his name, "Cracker" racist white name, and then look at his profile pic, white guy with shaved head... then look at his posts on other threads on this forum....

THAT is how I know....

"THAT is how I know...."

You are deceiving yourself if you believe your deductive reasoning is above mediocre.

You've been here less than a day and based on a name, an avatar picture and ONE newbie's outrage with a deliberately shocking post, you were able to definitively label a member of this forum as a "white supremacist".

Then there's naming JC as a drug dealer. Very dangerous and libelous if not true.

And concluding that scales and baggies only = drug use? That really pissed off Kirstie Alley.

However, I'll bet your fellow work companions never complain about your insightful prattling . . . after all, you do clean their cages and feed them.

"Huh? Police took my fucking scale?"

Also, as far as lie detectors; how easy is it to "cheat"? If someone was on i.e. Xanax to help their anxiety, keep them calm, could this throw a lie detector?

i don't consider a week-old case cold by any stretch.
i said that a while back, they are waiting for all their forensics to come back. building a case. and lie detectors are only a tool...to rule people out. or not.

expert polygraphers can make adjustments for people being medicated. or re-schedule a test.

Plus their own friends acknowledge he dealt... He may have been trying to get his life back on track but he certainly wasn't there yet.

IMO

I have digital scales and baggies in my kitchen. I don't deal drugs. I measure food. Your argument is flawed.

It wasn't just baggies that were found. Pieces of baggies were found in the kitchen. Most people don't have pieces of baggies lying around their kitchens. The corners of baggies are used to package drugs.

Yeah . . . and most people don't have two dead bodies "lying" around their kitchens, either.

Do dead bodies equal drug dealing?

The drug dealing theory is speculation. Probable . . . but still speculation.

Why the fuck do {some} people keep saying this is a cold case? Also, I read someone else say that in this day & age EVERYONE has been in trouble in some fashion. Nothing could be further from the truth. No, not everyone has had run ins with the law, maybe in the circles you travel in people have. That's a bullshit response & speaks volumes about the caliber of people you surround yourself with.

I have a digital scale that sits on my kitchen counter all the time. I buy things in bulk and I measure out food. I also have alot of baggies that I buy in bulk also. I don't do drugs or deal. Just saying.

Also, as far as the baggie pieces. Nobody has stated that they were the corners of baggies, only that their were pieces. Hell, I have a puppy that likes to chew on things and tear things up. I have had baggie pieces on my floor because of the dog. That again does not make someone a drug dealer.

Please take care stating something as fact. He very well may have been a drug dealer, but unless you actually bought drugs from him or physically watched money change hands, it is only your opinion. I believe he may have been but I won't state that he was.

Even if Holland is handling the case, Holland is basically Toledo... and I'm sure TPD officers have a higher paycheck... so if there were ANY good police working for Holland PD they have already transferred to TPD.

I live in this neighborhood - it is a screwy location in that we are in Springfield Township and the Springfield school district but our mailing address is Maumee. The Lucas County Sheriff's department handles crime issues in the neighborhood including this, not Toledo or Holland PDs. I have no idea why this is the case.

I forgot about that. It has been a couple of years since I lived in the area.

I live in the neighborhood as well, and now that I think about it I don't think I've ever seen a Holland Police car drive around, only the Sheriff's Dept. The closest I've seen Holland Police is Airport/Holloway at that Speedway. Police

The neighborhood lies outside of the Holland Village limits in Springfield Twp. Since Springfield Twp does not have its own police force, law enforcement is handled by the Lucas County Sheriff's office.

Hello everyone... I have been reading this forum for a few days. I find the comments and theories interesting. I live in Toledo. I do want to let you know that "unknown" is just fine. I agree with Ladycop that they are waiting on forensics to come back. I also think they do have suspects but are keeping a lid on it. I also feel the reward is to get the greedy juices flowing for those who know something.... I think this is going to come to a head very soon.

I posted a few questions yesterday earlier in the day but didn't get many responses...I figured, I'd try again:
1. Does anyone know who Lisa's ex is? I'm curious since he's been getting alot of things thrown his way and we have yet to really hear from or about him.
2. In Maytee's most recent interview, she claims that "the girl" that called Johnny heard him struggling in the background. I hadn't heard that before, anyone else?
3. Tiffany claims the house was "ransacked"..given her "gangsta", for lack of a better word" words on FB does it strike anyone weird that she would say "ransacked?" doesnt seem like a word she'd say. Somone told her to say that?? Just a thought.
4. I know that Maytee is part of a stalking protection order with another woman that also is a Vasquez..does anyone know if this other Vasquez is related at all??? or who she is period?

Another just notation, scales and baggies could be found on peoples counters if they are dieting or what have you BUT, I don't see a 20yr old going to that extreme and her parents were gone. This leads me to believe that those scales were not for food. I've heard comments about certain "friends" having addiction to percacete (sorry if spelled wrong) and I know that those are no longer being given to people (who actually would get it at a hospital etc) so if a "drug dealer" so to speak had a bunch of those kind of pills, I would imagine that the could go for quite a bit of money considering there are now very hard to get. Just saying.

i don't know who Lisa's former boyfriend is.

and i think Tiffany's calls to mom were not necessarily truthful.

someone inside may know more about the stalking incident.
we, the public, have been made privy to very little from LE, who is all i will rely on for accuracy.
this town is rife with rumors, gossip and speculation.

Thanks for the response LadyCop. I have to tell you that I have been focused on this case since day 1, almost too much but I feel that your forum is the best for updated info and discussion so great job!

I also recently read somthing that I had never heard before...someone mentioned that it was case of mistaken identity??? Never heard that before and one other thing, Maytee said she thought this was someone making a statement of some kind. Interesting considering this forum is the only other place I heard that same thought.

Thanks again!!

thank YOU for nice comments!
no, i feel certain this was no mistaken ID case.

Very happy to hear that unknown is okay! I was concerned for unknown and was kind of relieved when they stopped posting because I was truly worried for them. If he/she is still reading this Please take care until the guilty are in custody, as you just never know...

The only people I've seen state JC was a drug dealer have been a couple of people who have claimed to know him.

The baggie pieces don't necessarily indicate he was a dealer, but that he or someone else there that night is/was a user.
