I took a fresh hummingbird feeder outdoors and after hanging it I sat down. Before I knew it, an hour had passed and I wasn't reading or doing anything at all out there, I was just sitting in the peace. I listened to the birds and the soft little peeps of the hummingbird when he found the fresh feeder and I could hear a cow in the distance. I've turned into my gramma.

I don't have hard candy much, but I do buy ribbon candy around the holidays.

My mom and grandma would root around in the bottom of the purse for unwrapped candy.

That made me have a memory of an older person handing me a butterscotch candy. It was long ago & far away. I can't recall who it was.

My brother called me a while ago and asked me if I’d be a COTTEE for his estate in the event something happened to he and his wife.
I said “fuck no” and then lost cell service/the call disconnected.
We reconnected shortly after and I said all the right shit (honored that they wanted me and of course) and threatened them both with death if they die before me.

My most recent nightly entertainment has been watching 2 frogs eat bugs off the window when I leave the light on. They are so cute.

I like that kind of thing too. Are we weird? I don't care if we are, more power to us.
One of my clay pots just broke and I'm going to put it on its side by the hose where the toad hangs out, it will be his toad abode. I hope he accepts it!

I got toads out the ass over here. There are two of them sitting on the ledge of my front door across from each other for days now. They look like little toad statues. Wtf are they doing? I don’t think they’re dead.

Do you have lighting there after dark? If so, they may be making their home in that area because of the bugs that the light attracts.

Yep, but they’re not doing a great job of eating the bugs. My whole front porch is full of weird insects clinging to the walls.

You're in a tropical environment right now, there is an over abundance of creepy crawlies.

There are these strange, black fuzzy cocoons all in the corners of my porch. I was hoping they were going to turn into beautiful butterflies, but nope, they’re ugly ass black and white moths.
