That's some very fancy knot work on that garrott (sp) thing. The ones on her wrists are unusual, too. You think Patsy knew how to tie knots like that? If so, where did she learn those skills? I don't think she was in the Navy and she didn't seem like an outdoorsy type. Experienced campers and sailors can tie knots like that.
