well now the burden of proof will be on her...to prove she is insane. it's just legal BS to try to avoid the max sentence. she already got a plea bargain to take death penalty off the table by telling where the body was. what she's after here is the looney bin as opposed to LWOP. with an insanty verdict, she could be found to be sane and released someday.
