Kid: Now, onto someones opinion that matters in this thread. LC, I can't help but notice that you didn't respond to this...are you ready to admit the cop was out of line?


i don't care to second-guess other cops unless they have done something illegal. i know how their shoes feel. i wasn't there and i don't know how the Officer felt about what was going on or whether he felt threatened.
all i know is your average accountants, teachers, chefs and chicken-pluckers don't have people in their faces filming them, challenging them and critiquing them.

she was worried about racial profiling since the guy in custody was black.
give me a break, how was she going to determine it was racial profiling?

that being said, i am sure charges will be dismissed in court monday.
