The officer more than likely was filming the traffic stop himself.
That is just something that LEO's might as well get used to now days, someone is always watching.
we only had 2 cars that were equiped with video and audio I didn't drive either of them.
today I think most if not all of the cars are equiped with that stuff.
the days of being able to do your job without public scrutiny are pretty much over.
I would not have arrested the woman in her own yard for standing there with a camera," once I found out it was a camera", she would have reverted to just being a nosey bitch in her yard with a camera and I would have done my job with the traffic stop arrested the driver or whatever was going to happen there and went on my way.
Does it matter how many people film you if what your doing is right?
