Cops don't have a safe place of employment where they can make the rules. They have to be out there with the fucking idiots all day. They have to make their own safe space in which to work. How do people not understand that? Because they don't want to understand, they don't care, and they only give a fuck about themselves. Call the plumber and film his crack for an hour and see if he doesn't knock you in the fucking head.

You're fucking the scenarios all up. First of all, the police are public employees, doing their job out in public. The public has a right to film/photograph events not on private property, as long as they arent putting anyone in danger, or endangering themselves.

The scenario you posed would be inside private property (someone filming me while I'm doing my job). You also interjected something in this case which wasnt true, that the police were being asked a lot of questions by the photographer..all she was doing from the start of the film was running her camera, and said nothing to the police until she was asked questions by the little-dick cop.

I've already agreed with you when I stated that I realize the cops have a tough motherfucking job, and I respect the work that they do...but at the same time, they don't have the right to infringe on an Americans right, just because they have a tough job.

It's OK to admit there are power-hungry bad apples in every profession, Cracker..including the police. Maybe this guy was having a bad day, and was pissy..I dunno...maybe he's a decent cop..I dunno...or maybe he's just an asshole..I dunno. But what I do know, is that this woman was wrongfully arrested. And apparently the prosecutor has agreed.
