Should GOP Candidates Have to Pass a History Test?

They should have to pass a test, much like when immigrants take the US citizenship. I mean, if you don't know the very basics of American and the world history, you can't postulate for office.

Either that or go thru an IQ test. That for sure puts 97% of Tea Party possible candidates and pretty much all of their voters out of the race.
