The Kercher murder trial is a hot topic among a tiny segment of the population and it is a fascinating study in different justice systems, crime reporting, forensics, advocacy for the convicted, gender and race biases, etc.

I saw some old tropes being repeated in the thread here and thought I'd chime in. That said, I think the answers in that particular case are not as clear cut as anyone would like.
