Tulsa, OK - A seventh lawsuit has been filed against the city and Tulsa Police Department as a result of a corruption probe involving the Police Department and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Dustin Robert Eastom filed the lawsuit Thursday in U.S. District Court in Tulsa. In addition to the city, other defendants in the case are Officer Jeff Henderson, former ATF Agent Brandon McFadden and the ATF. Henderson was tried in August in federal court on a variety of criminal charges as part of a police corruption investigation that became public in November 2009.
