I was pretty good friends with this fella until sometime ago, and we haven't talked in awhile, and I knew he was pretty shady in business after he offered me a job in his precious metal "business".

This guy is most likely in Brazil because of the non extraditions of Brazilian nationals, but could also be in Argentina or Italy (recently separated wife has ties in both places).
