as for the house appearance inside, clearly they are poor. not a crime.

and i don't know if they pay for internet, have dial-up or use the library.

There is a difference between poor and clean. Just because you are poor does not mean you can't wash stains off the wall and make the bed. I have been in some houses of some very poor people, that have been spotless.
