The man accused of killing and dismembering 9-year-old Aliahna Lemmon just before Christmas will be flanked by two attorneys when he appears in court this month.
Anthony S. Churchward and Mark A. Thoma have been appointed by the Allen County Public Defender’s Office to represent 39-year-old Michael Plumadore, who faces charges of murder, abuse of a corpse and moving the body after a violent death in Lemmon’s killing.
Plumadore is due in Allen Superior Court for a hearing Jan. 18.
