I got a few spankings growing up. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as I am concerned.

There are just somethings that were a fact of life when I was a kid one of them was that for the more serious issues I got spanked, for the less serious issues I got spanked less I was never spanked unjustly or out of anger, it wasn't a release for my Dad or a way for him to vent his anger.

He never let shit ride long enough for it to make him angry, he didn't say stop it 100 times before he decided to discipline us kids, He said stop it once and if we didn't He would stop it.

Mhm. And when my dad said "Stop it", we STOPPED it. He never hit us, but I think we were all afraid he might and that was enough to keep us in line.
