Let's narrow it down a bit - Right to what? Equal how?

If I had a female boss (which I don't but I have), she has to be able to do the job. Nothing to do with gender. Shitty is shitty, competent is competent.

President I couldn't say. I have zero interest in politics so if there was a female president I'd be the last to notice and the least likely to care.

More evolved than one might have expected based on yesterday's posts. Sympatico on the boss. Would be hard to miss the first female President though. You're aware that we currently have the first black President sitting in the White House - I saw you reference it in a post here. Anyway, I agree - whoever's best qualified regardless of gender is fine by me.
