You could always go with non lethal deterrent: get yourself a wristwrocket slingshot and carry aroundnatural ammo based on what you want to do. Popcorn kernels sting but don't kill. Nuts, like peanuts or hazels, make more of a point. For a bigass tommy like that you can even go with small stones or walnuts, but rocks will kill on a strong wristrocket.. Depends how bad you want the little bastard gone. My ex used tangerines on me.
It doesn't hurt the animals, it just stings and teaches them not to come around so much.
