he's not on trial for affairs.
it's not simply "affairs". it's his character.
the cruelty to his wife. terrible cruelty. when she was fighting the cancer that would kill her. his children's mom. no feeling, no respect.
the deceit.
the siphoning of monies to his bimbo. the illegalities involved with that.
