The Canadian porn actor suspected of killing and chopping up his lover told a Berlin judge today that he would not challenge his extradition from Germany.
A spokesman for the Berlin public prosecutor's office said: '[Luka Magnotta] has been before the judge, who has confirmed the arrest. He said he would not fight the extradition.'
The 29-year-old, who was an international fugitive for almost two weeks, was finally captured while looking at naked pictures of himself in an internet cafe in the German capital.
Cafe owner Uelkue Sungur said Magnotta had googled his own name and searched for details of the police's desperate attempts to track him down, including those on the Interpol website.
He had also looked at nude images of himself, apparently on his own website or email, during his short time in the Berlin cafe.
Dramatic images of the moment Magnotta - dubbed the Canadian Psycho - was arrested emerged late last night.
