I don't believe that this family is made-up of outstanding citizens. Heather and Drew seem to be the most "normal", Drew even has his own business. I feel for these two the most (except for Lyric and Elizabeth of course). They seem like they are trying to give their children a normal life without the drugs and baggage that goes with it. The problem with having siblings and other close family members into the drug lifestyle is that you will get sucked into it at some point unless you cut-off contact with them.
I still think that this abduction has something to do with Dan and Misty's lifestyle. Maybe they owe people, maybe Dan was going to testify against someone else in his plea deal, maybe they just exposed Lyric to the wrong (people) person.
I don't believe in coincidences. The fact that Lyric and Elizabeth are missing and all the criminal activities this entire family is involved in must be related somehow. I hope that LE is able to unravel this mystery and this case doesn't go cold like so many others we've seen.
