Elizabeth "Lizzi" Marriott, 19, (left) was killed after she disappeared with plans to visit friends in Dover on Tuesday. Police have said 29-year-old Seth Mazzaglia of Dover (right) has been arrested. He's in custody and authorities have admitted that they have not yet recovered a body.
