I am not saying these people are in their right mind... some people are very easy to convince to do very stupid things... trying to explain why someone would use the 5th when they have supposedly nothing to hide you have to start thinking differently than you would normally act. I wouldnt kill a child either but I can picture a scenario where this happens. isn't it the drew Peterson case that the brother in law thought afterwards he could have been involved getting rid of the body of the 4th wife in the blue barrel and didn't even realize it till later... blue barrel is now gone I believe and hasn't been located.
