Alcoholism is considered a disease too and often causes depression. So if an alcoholic offs himself because he's depressed and leaves his children and wife behind that wouldn't be considered selfish?

You don't know anything about me. Alcoholics (even the functioning ones) eventually lose their jobs, relationships, homes, health etc... the only thing I ever lost was my car once and I found it the next day so it wasn't a biggie.
