The Wall Street Journal is reporting a second man has been arrested in connection to this case.

India has a population of over one billion, it's said that a rape is reported every 18 hours, God only knows how many go unreported. These heathens aren't just raping with their peckers, they are using objects, bottles, brooms, garden tools, etc. There is often no justice for the victims and if the authorities can hide the crime they will. Many of the victims are not even adults, they are children.
