Do you think she was actively involved in the death, duped by Shawn and then helped him cover up, or just a dumb nasty bitch who was too blinded by lust to keep from inviting a violent drug abuser to live with her and her children? None of the above?
I'm interested to see how Hailey's father, Clint Dunn, and paternal grandmother, Connie Jones, are taking the news. Clint seemed to think Hailey was human trafficked and alive. Connie Jones felt that Shawn Adkins killed her granddaughter from the start. Will keep an eye out for statements from them; appreciate others posting anything of interest as well.
Shawn Adkins, the live-in boyfriend of the victim's mother, was named the official Person of Interest (POI) in the case. Billie Dunn, the teen victim's mother, was named a POI, then she wasn't, then she was...eventually she wasn't "officially" named AFAIK.
Hailey got screwed when it comes to responsible parental figures, to say the least.
