Aussie, I don't think Mr. Bone is a racist. He was raising a valid point & encouraging us to discuss the differences in how this would be viewed if three white kids had shot a black jogger.

The media has some power here and they will spin a story to make it even more provocative than what it is. They tend to put a slant on stories. Many of us here (in America) have learned to assimilate the facts for ourselves because most of the media cannot be trusted to give us the story in a proper manner.

Also, keep in mind that for many of us blacks have made us view them the way we do, through their actions and how they live their lives. That's a general statement because of course all blacks are not the same.
