Willow Long missing, Illinois

"No foul play" just indicates that LE hasn't any evidence that Willow was hurt or killed or abudcted by someone; no evidence at this time that a crime was committed and that Willow didn't just leave the house on her own (as the 3 year old apparently indicated).

A 7 year old reported missing and still not located over the course of the evening and into the next day definitely puts Willow in the "endangered" category though.
