Certain video games are like crack, I ration myself now otherwise I would spend all my free time playing them.
My wife got me a new PS Vita for Christmas and the new Football Manager game which, if you are really into soccer, you could lose yourself in for days never mind hours.
Also playing any of the Call of Duty games on xbox live with people from all over the world is addictive as well. I've found the most obnoxious players aren't American, the Mexicans and the Africans are the biggest twats on xbox live.
