Complaining about being told to fuck off when asking for another 12 pack after the first one you paid for fell apart inside of the store is not unreasonable. You can't compare that to some nosey old bastard complaining about the neighbor's kid skateboarding in his own yard after school when they can't even hear it from inside their house.

My complaint was perfectly normal and reasonable, the other is not.
