Well, the statutory rape thing can really walk a fine line. I think judges should have a bit of leeway in cases where an 18 year old is caught with a 16-17 year old. I've seen the cases where the poor 18 year old gets the book thrown at him, put in jail, and is labeled a sex offender by judges that follow the letter of the law. That shit aint right.
