You can only cast a vote based on the information that's being provided to you. The "intelligence" regarding Saddam and his WMDs was completely wrong. No WMD's were ever found. However, if you're a senator who has been misinformed by the intelligence community and the then Commander-in-Chief and his cabinet members, how the fuck can you cast an accurate vote?
