I used to be able to picture myself in a small rowboat, on a glass smooth lake. And I just very slowly rowed, left stroooke, right stroooke, left stroooke, right stroooke, and eventually (not too long) I fell asleep. No more.
Now, I can't get that relaxing picture in my mind, it seems like a million things are zinging around in there, and I can't slow it down! And I get as restless as a rattlesnake!
