There are going to be areas that are not defined, especially when a combination of elements are in play, and just one, isolated, might not be enough. When you combine posting like a maniac with pushing the envelope with death and killing I might find you to be way too much.

If you are in doubt as to whether or not someone posting like Moose might be a problem, just ask, and I will check it out.

If you mean just using that terminology, in and of itself, I think we can let it go. But if someone is going to be posting a ton of it then I might ask them to calm the fuck down, it's annoying.

Ok, then how about this; we bring Moose back with the understanding from him that his posts, when in question by him, have to be okay'ed by you or me? If he is unsure what he wants to post is acceptable, he puts it to you or me and we accept or deny the post he wants to make? In all honesty, I think I "get" Moose better than most and would like to give him the chance to come back and prove that he can learn just like others have done with you in this forum and in 24. Controversial shit is part of the game. If those with paper-thin skin can't hack it, they should stick to 24 or some fucking mommy board. I know Moose better than most of you and if you set the guidlines for him, he will comply.

Moose is very smart. He knows exactly what he does that is problematic. I don't feel the need to lay it out in detail for him or make special approval conditions for him. He has already ignored one request after a ban and is into crap like slitting kids' throats. He needs medication, therapy, something ... I don't know, but I am not going to get anxious when he comes around because I have to worry. He works to drive people off the site in one way or the other by going over the line. He wants to make trouble. I don't buy this "aww, he doesn't really know what is cool and what isn't" bullshit. He is either going to relax in the areas he knows are problematic, or he isn't. He knows he posts machine gun style and dwells in the ugly zone for the standards he knows I want to set. He can go start a site called Mock Hardcore and do that all he wants.

He's a big boy. If he wants to contact me to assure me he will lay off the in the areas he and I both know are the problem, then I will consider it. Until then, no special arrangements, headaches, worry, or excuses. Either he is going to tone down his annoying deranged disturbing shit, or he isn't.
