Cock blocked is when you have the hots for someone, and a friend could introduce you or help you get to know the person better and they block or interrupt the attraction and grab the attention for themselves. Had it done to me a couple of times, one person in particular was a close friend in the 90s. She cock blocked this guy that I liked and he liked me.
