I have never seen snow

It's just White rain!

Except that it piles up and needs to be shoveled off the roads, driveways, sidewalks, and brushed and scraped off the car's windshield. And people slip on it and fall on their asses, and cars slip and slide on it and  crash.

On second thought, it's really a lot more than White rain.   It's a PIA!
