Tessa Majors, 18, moved from Charlottesville, Virginia to NYC back in August.
She was in her freshman year at Barnard University, an all-girls school.

Sadly, Tessa, a musician and aspiring journalist, was brutally stabbed to death at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Morningside Park in Manhattan, near Barnard. Rest in peace.
Tessa was stabbed in the stomach, face and neck before she crawled to a security booth, where she died.
