Court Appearance / New Details
The 13-year-old suspect appeared in family court yesterday with his attorney and his aunt and uncle present. He is still the only one of the three suspects in custody.
A detective recounted the boy's confession for the court and revealed that there is a grainy surveillance video from the park showing the attack.

The video shows the 13-year-old being at the scene of the crime (in Morningside Park, pictured above), but does not show him putting his hands on Tessa.
